Every project is custom-manufactured to your specifications — from small-batch component orders for installers and distributors to full container-load repeat runs. Standard components and door operators are available in small batches, ideal for project-based procurement and service teams that need parts fast.
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit + 70% against B/L copy. We accept L/C at sight for large projects and OA 30 days for repeat clients. Every shipment includes our inspection report, so you verify quality before the balance is due.
Samples: 7-15 days. Standard container: 12-20 days. Custom first order: 20-35 days, with repeat orders at 15-20 days. Standard production runs at 12 days per container, and tooling is archived for up to 5 years so repeat orders skip the setup wait.
Door body 2 years; operator/motor 3 years; servo motor 5 years. Free spare parts within warranty ship via DHL/FedEx in 5-7 days. Tooling records are archived up to 5 years with no extra tooling fee on repeat orders, and your account manager responds promptly to any issue.
We sign a mutual NDA before any OEM/ODM discussion, and your tooling is archived separately and used only for your orders – your drawings and branding stay confidential from first sample to repeat orders.
